SHIPPING POLICY
Native West is not responsible responsibility for any carrier errors, such as crushed, lost, or delayed packages. All claims must be filed by the buyer with the carrier. While we will assist you with the claims process to the best of our ability, the final responsibility lies with you, the buyer.
Native West cannot guarantee the condition of plants upon arrival due to potential weather-related transit delays beyond our control. To ensure your plants arrive in the best possible shape, please let us know in advance if you require any special packaging, such as heat packs for winter shipments. This will allow us to pack your order appropriately for the climate conditions in your area.
RETURN/EXCHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY
Inspect your plant's condition immediately upon delivery. If you notice any issues, you must report them to us within 48 hours, along with detailed photos of the plant in its original nursery grow pot.
Once the tracking number is generated and recorded in the system orders can not be cancelled. Buyer may cancel the order at any time before being processed by contacting us.
Should Native West make an error, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
Once a plant leaves our facility, the responsibility for its wellbeing transfers to the buyer. Native West cannot guarantee that factors such as weather, pests, diseases, placement inside or outside your home, and the care provided will ensure the plant's survival and thriving. Native West is not responsible for the ongoing care of the plant after it leaves our hands.
When purchasing from Native West, you understand the inherent risks of receiving live plants shipped by mail. Some leaf damage and root loss are normal occurrences when plants are shipped. Our company is here to assist you in acclimating your new plant if you need any help.
PLANT CARE AFTER ARRIVAL
Keeping your plant healthy requires diligent care and attention. While a care guide is provided with each order, the buyer must research the specific needs of your plant and be prepared to give it the appropriate light, water, humidity, and soil. Buyers are fully responsible for meeting your plant's needs and addressing any issues that arise. The overall wellbeing of your plant will depend entirely on the environment you provide and the level of care you give it.
